Manistee man arrested on FBI warrant for drug conspiracy, money laundering

AMBER TWP. — A 37-year-old Manistee man was arrested at US-10 and Brye Road by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office Tuesday, May 5, at 11:04 p.m. following a traffic stop on an outstanding FBI warrant issued in Knoxville, Tenn., charging him with felony conspiracy and possession with intent to deliver oxycodone and money laundering. He was turned over to the FBI.

– 1:51 a.m., (MCSO), a 44-year-old Whitehall man was arrested for open intoxicants, and a 52-year-old Ludington man was arrested for driving while license suspended (DWLS) following a traffic stop, US-10 and Jebavy Dr., Pere Marquette Twp.

– 9:27 a.m., (Michigan State Police, Hart post), a 41-year-old Branch man was arrested for operating without security, PM Hwy. and Iris Rd., PM Twp.

– 11:02 a.m., breaking and entering, 11-50 pound bags of dog food reportedly stolen, 700 block of US-10, Amber Twp.

– 2:52 p.m.,  a warrant is being sought for a 64-year-old Hart man for second-offense DWLS following a traffic stop, US-10 and Stiles, Amber Twp.

– 3:28 p.m., (Ludington Police Department), drugs complaint, 900 block of E. Tinkham Ave.

– 5:58 p.m., (LPD), suspicious situation, 500 block of E. Foster St.

– 6:42 p.m., (LPD), harassment, 200 block of E. Melendy St.
