LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 79th District Court Magistrate:

– Michael Ryan Albaugh, 26, of 6694 E. Oak Ridge, Fountain, was arrested April 22 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a felony of second-degree home invasion and third offense habitual offender. Preliminary exam was April 29. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety.

– Craig John Koekkoek, 60, of 775 E. US-10, Apt. B, Scottville, was arrested April 25 by MCSO for a felony of second-degree home invasion. Probable cause hearing: May 6 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $15,000/10 percent.

– Travis Michael Shaull, 27, of 3763 E. Sugar Grove Rd., Custer, was arrested April 27 by the State, Sheriffs, Chiefs Enforcement Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for felonies of manufacturing methamphetamine and operating/maintaining a laboratory involving methamphetamine. – Lori Ann Holden, 36, of 915 E. Maple St., Apt. 2, Ludington, was arrested April 19 by MCSO for a felony of first-degree retail fraud. Probable cause hearing: May 6 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

– Tonya Ann Johnson, 33, of 504 Fifth St., Apt. 2, Ludington, was arrested April 19 by MCSO for a felony of first-degree retail fraud. Probable cause hearing: May 6 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

– Dolly Marie Little, 37, of 3520 E. US-10, Custer, was arrested April 23 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a felony of larceny in a building. Probable cause hearing: May 6 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $5,00/personal.

– Jacob Matthew Howe, 22, of 203 N. Rath Ave., Apt. 2, Ludington, was arrested April 23 by SSCENT for felony of controlled substance – delivery/manufacture of marijuana. Probable cause hearing: May 6 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

– Zachary Alan Shurlow, 21, of 618 ½ E. Melendy St., Ludington, was arrested April 23 by MCSO for a felony of tampering with an electronic monitoring device and third-offense habitual offender. Probable cause hearing: May 6 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety.

– Mark John Thibert, 37, of 203 S. Washington Ave., Apt. 4, Ludington, was arrested April 26 by LPD for a felony of false report of a felony. Probable cause hearing: May 6 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– Alexus Shawnita Thomas, 18, of 580 Fifth St., Baldwin, was arrested April 23 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of assault and battery. Pretrial: May 18 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Michael Ryan Albaugh, 26, of 6996 E. Oaktree, was arrested April 22 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Pretrial date unavailable. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Daniel Edward Lottinville, 45, of 1222 Peavy Rd., Howell, was arrested April 22 by MCSO for misdemeanors of controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and open intoxicants. Pretrial: May 18 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Darcy Lynn England, 53, of 5682 W. Johnson Rd., Ludington, was arrested April 23 by MCSO for misdemeanors of failure to maintain security; improper plates; and open intoxicants. Pretrial: May 11 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Nicole Lynn Soberlinski, 21, of 6719 E. Hawley Rd., Branch, was arrested April 23 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of failure to maintain security. Pretrial: May 11 at 11:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Matthew Lee Burbridge, 19, of 216 E. Danaher St., Ludington, was arrested April 23 by LPD for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. Pretrial: May 11 at 2 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Alexis Christina Alvesteffer, 34, of 803 E. Filer St., Ludington, was arrested April 26 by LPD for misdemeanors of operating with a high blood alcohol content and operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: May 18 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.
