LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced recently in 79th District Court:

– Gary Joseph Stranc, 47, of 722 E. Loomis St., Ludington, was found guilty April 15 of student safety zone – residency violation. He was sentenced to 15 days in jail with credit for 15 days served; one year discretionary jail for one year; must maintain the Sex Offender Registration Act (SORA) requirements; no alcohol/drugs; subject to random preliminary breath tests (PBTs); and $350 in fines and costs. One count of failure to register as a sex offender was dismissed. One another file, Stranc was found guilty April 15 of operating with a blood alcohol content over .17/super drunk. (In this file, his address is listed as 608 Bailey Rd., Delavan., Wisc.) He was sentenced to 15 days in jail with credit for 15 days served; Alcohol Highway Safety Education (AHSE); $1,170 in fines and costs; six months discretionary jail for one year; must attend the next session of the Victims’ Impact Panel (VIP); no alcohol/drugs; and subject to random PBTs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS) – Wisconsin.

– Bradley Allen Stever, 46, of 702 N. Rath Ave., Ludington, pleaded no contest  Dec. 16, 2014 to domestic violence and pleaded guilty to breaking and entering/illegal entry. He was sentenced April 14 to 30 days in jail with credit for 30 days served; $1,050 in fines and costs; outpatient treatment; 93 days discretionary jail for two years; no alcohol/drugs; must attend AA two times per week for two years; subject to random preliminary breath tests (PBTs); and no contact with the victim.

– David Lee Bailey, 55, of 2684 N. Lakeshore Dr., Ludington, was found guilty April 16 of possessing/taking bass – closed season and sentenced to $240 in fines and costs.

– Cordero John Sidock, 21, of 2473 W. Northland Dr., Baldwin, was found guilty April 20 of open intoxicants – passenger and sentenced to $265 in fines and costs and 90 days discretionary jail for one year. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).

– Ashley Lynn Plotts, 24, of 11696 N. Bingham Ave., Bitely, was found guilty April 20 of allowing a person to drive in violation. She was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 90 days discretionary jail for one year; and $335 in fines and costs.

– Latasha Monique Boatwright, 33, of 431 Maple St., Baldwin, was found guilty April 20 of allowing a person to drive in violation. She was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; $335 in fines and costs; and 90 days discretionary jail for one year.

– Michael Mason Durham, 25, of 406 E. Danaher St., Ludington, was found guilty April 20 of disorderly person – jostling. He was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 90 days discretionary jail for one year; no alcohol/drugs; no contact with the victim; and $285 in fines and costs.

– Paula Lee Potts, 37, of 202 ½ E. Melendy St., Ludington, was found guilty April 20 of failure to report an accident. She was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year; $325 in fines and costs; and her driver’s license is revoked.

– Christopher Wayne Bailey, 41, of 308 E. Court St., Apt. 7, Ludington, was found guilty April 21 of second-offense operating while intoxicated. He was sentenced to one year in jail with credit for 143 days served; sentence to run concurrent to circuit court sentencing and Muskegon County probation violation sentence; may be released to Muskegon County Jail; restitution is reserved. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of failure to report an accident was dismissed.

– Martin Lee Rial, 52, of 7065 N. Dennis Rd., Ludington, was found guilty April 21 of purchasing a pistol without license. He was sentenced to four days in jail with credit for four days served; 90 days discretionary jail for one year; $540 in fines and costs or 39 hours of community service; and firearm must be forfeited.
