79th District Court arraignments

LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 79th District Court Magistrate:

Felonies

Stranc

– Gary Joseph Stranc, 47, of 722 E. Loomis St., Ludington, was arrested March 31 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for felonies of sex offender – failure to register and student safety zone – residency violation. Probable cause hearing: April 15 at 3 p.m. Bail: $15,000/cash/surety.

Joynes

– Joshua Lee Joynes, 32, of 211 E. Johnson Rd., Scottville, was arrested April 6 by LPD for felonies of receiving and concealing stolen firearms and felony firearm. Probable cause hearing: April 15 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $15,000/cash/surety.

Lange

– Skip Roy-Ernest Lange, 20, of 1028 Brandy Ln., Ludington, was arrested March 31 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a felony of interfering with electronic communications, along with counts of domestic violence and second-offense habitual offender. Probable cause hearing: April 15 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Stalter

– Brenda Gail Statler, 39, of 414 Thornwild Dr., Apt. 64, Scottville, was arrested April 1 by the Scottville Police Department (SPD), for a felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Probable cause hearing: April 15 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

Willoughby

– Jack Daniel Willoughby, 20, of 618 ½ E. Melendy St., Ludington, was arrested April 2 by MCSO for a felony of controlled substance, possession of narcotic or cocaine 50-49 grams, and one misdemeanor count of possession of marijuana. Probable cause hearing: April 15 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

Padron

– William Dennis Padron, 25, of 2920 N. US-31, Scottville, was arrested April 6 by the Hart post of the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a felony of second-offense possession of a marijuana. Probable cause hearing: April 15 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

– James Paul Robinson, 47, of 1525 W. County Line Rd., Manistee, was arrested April 4 by MSP for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Pretrial: April 27 at 2 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Devin William Hawkins, 21, of 4263 N. Jebavy Dr., Ludington, was arrested March 40 by MSP for a misdemeanor of second-offense larceny under $200. Pretrial: April 27 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Jeremy Ray Parker, 35, of 5167 N. William St., Fountain, was arrested April 1 by MCSO for misdemeanors of domestic violence and assault and battery. Pretrial: May 4 at 11 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Caleb Alan Lamb, 24, of 807 E. Foster St., Ludington, was arrested April 2 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. Pretrial: April 27 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.
