CUSTER TWP. — Troopers from the Hart post of the Michigan State Police were dispatched to a report of a loose pig in the road Monday, April 6, at 4:55 p.m. in the 1500 block of East US-10. The swine was corralled, police said.

– 12:04 p.m., (MCSO), identity theft – complainant was notified their tax return had been rejected due to their child’s social security card had already been used by another party, 2600 block of Fisher Rd., Victory Twp.,

– 2:03 p.m., (LPD), dog complaint, 600 block of E. Second St.

– 3:22 p.m., (LPD), animal complaint, S. Washington St. and E. Melendy St.

– 5:16 p.m., (MSP), a 25-year-old Scottville man was arrested for possession of marijuana at Hansen and Dennis roads, Amber Twp.

– 5:26 p.m., (LPD), personal protection order (PPO) violation, 300 block of N. William St.

– 6:02 p.m., (MCSO), breaking and entering, 6200 block of E. US-10, Branch Twp.

– 7:21 p.m., (LPD), suspicious situation, 500 block of E. Foster St.

– 9:40 p.m., (LPD), dog complaint, 700 block of N. James St.
