79th District Court arraignments

LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 79th District Court Magistrate:

Misdemeanors

– Kollin Lee Fargo, 17, of 309 Fifth St., Ludington, was arrested March 30 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a misdemeanor of larceny less than $200. Pretrial: April 13 at 2 p.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

– Tyler Benjamin Skar, 28, of 304 N. William St., Ludington, was arrested March 29 by LPD for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Pretrial: April 20 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Daniel David Smith AKA Plumpton, 29, of 308 ½ E. Filer St., Ludington, was arrested March 29 by LPD for misdemeanors of assault and battery and malicious destruction of property under $200. Pretrial: April 20 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Suzanne Louise Anderson, 55, of 308 N. Rowe St., Apt. 1, Ludington, was arrested March 28 by LPD for a misdemeanor of operating with a blood alcohol content (BAC). Pretrial: April 27 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– Gary Joseph Stranc, 47, of 608 Bailey Rd., Delavan, Wisc., was arrested March 28 by LPD for a misdemeanor of operating with a BAC. Pretrial: May 4 at 11:45 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

– Nancy Ann Couturier, 54, of 3022 Grant St., Coleman, Mich., was arrested March 30 by LPD for two misdemeanor counts of second-degree retail fraud. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Jessica Lee Strouse, 30, of 322 E. Dowland, Ludington, was arrested March 25 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: April 27 at 11:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

– Christopher Phillip Hopkins, 37, of 4675 Alpena, Belmont, Mich., was arrested March 25 by LPD for a misdemeanor of receiving and concealing stolen property. Pretrial: April 6 at 2 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Elvira Delossantos VanSpronsen, 52, of 714 S. Washington Ave., Ludington, was arrested March 25 by MCSO for misdemeanors of operating with a BAC and operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: April 27 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– Suzanne Louise Anderson, 55, of 308 N. Rowe St., Apt. 1, Ludington, was arrested March 28 by LPD for a misdemeanor of operating with a BAC. Pretrial: April 27 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– Robert James Lessard, 38, of 7288 Wever Rd., Fountain, was arrested March 27 by the Hart post of the Michigan State Police (MSP-H) for a misdemeanor of failure to maintain security. Pretrial: April 6 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Steven Michael Larson, 57, of 604 E. Filer St., Apt. 2, Ludington, was arrested March 25 by MSP-H for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: April 27 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
