Sheriff: drunk driver with .34 blood alcohol level arrested

PERE MARQUETTE TWP. — With an alleged blood alcohol level more than four times the legal limit, a 44-year-old Whitehall man was arrested for second-offense operating while intoxicated and driving while license suspended (DWLS) Saturday, March 14, at 8:52 p.m. on PM Highway and Conrad Road following a traffic stop by deputies from the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO). The suspect’s chemical test revealed a blood alcohol content (BAC) of .34, according to Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.
