Chase man sentenced for felony drunk driving.

LUDINGTON — A 66-year-old Chase man was sentenced to 12 months jail time today in 51st Circuit Court. Clifford Ray Koster, of 9770 E. US-10, Chase, was arrested Oct. 20 by the Ludington Police Department for a felony of operating under the influence of liquor, third offense, and driving while license suspended, second offense, and habitual offender, fourth offense.

Koster will serve 7 months up front in jail with the remainder to be served at the court’s discretion. He also must follow 28 conditions of probation, including electronic monitoring. He will also not be allowed to drive without permission from a probation agent and must perform 360 hours of community service work.
