79th District Court Arraignments: harmful lab operations, meth possession among felonies

LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in front of the 79th District Court Magistrate:

– Joshua Kurt VanDenHeuvel, 30, of 702 E. Ludington Ave., #2, Ludington, was arrested Feb. 9 by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for felonies of controlled substance, operating/maintaining a lab involving firearm/other harmful device; felony firearm; possession of methamphetamines; and habitual offender, second offense. Probable cause hearing: Feb. 18 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $10,000/personal.

– Jason L. Carr, 30, of 1485 Betty Ave., Ludington, was arrested Feb. 8 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a felony of larceny in a building. Probable cause hearing: Feb. 18 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety.

– Timothy Allen-Dario Lopez, 20, of 103 First St., Ludington, was arrested Feb. 6 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for two felony counts of financial transaction device – stealing/retaining without consent and habitual offender, second offense. Probable cause hearing: Feb. 18 at 3 p.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety.

– Alan John Davison, 22, of 212 W. Beryl St., Scottville, was arrested Feb. 6 by SSCENT for  two felony counts of controlled substance, delivery/manufacture of marijuana. Probable cause hearing: Feb. 18 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

– Daniel Joseph-Meisenheimer Garber, 25, of 1566 N. Victory Corner Rd., Ludington, was arrested Feb. 9 by SSCENT for two felony counts of controlled substance, delivery/manufacture of marijuana. Probable cause hearing: Feb. 18 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– Raymond Harold Snay, Jr., no address listed, was arrested Feb. 7 by the Michigan State Police, Hart post (MSP-H) for a felony of failure to register as a sex offender. Probable cause hearing: Feb. 18 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

Misdemeanors

– Joshua Paul Dorr, 38, of 6. Benson Rd., Fountain, was arrested Feb. 5 by MSP-H for a misdemeanor of failure to maintain security. Pretrial: March 9 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Dustin Bernardt Michalko, 35, of 317 N. Michigan Ave., Shelby, was arrested Feb. 5 by MSP-H for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: March 9 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Ann Louise Kasley, 49, of 1008 Monona Dr., Ludington was arrested Feb. 4 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: March 9 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Marcos Antonio Segura, 18, of 309 N. Robert St., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 30 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: March 2 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Tyler Joel Griffin, 23, no address listed, was arrested Feb. 6 by LPD for a misdemeanor of receiving and concealing less than $200. Pretrial: Feb. 23 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $3,500/personal.

– Ernest Michael Hernandez, 43, of 4455 W. Hansen Rd., Ludington, was arrested Feb. 5 by MCSO for misdemeanors of controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: March 2 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Dennis Victor Klompstra, 64, of 6454 N. Benson Rd., Fountain, was arrested Feb. 6 by MSP-H for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: March 16 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Zachary Joseph VanderVoorde, 18, of Ludington, was arrested Feb. 6 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of malicious use of services provided by telecommunications services. Pretrial: March 9 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– James Phillip Biggin, III, 28, of 143 N. Jebavy Dr., Apt. 13, was arrested Feb. 8 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: March 2 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
