CUSTER — Area 24 Special Olympics had its annual basketball tournament Saturday at Mason County Eastern High School gymnasium.  “Area 24 relies on donations to support the organization along with this tournament,” said Special Olympics representative Cindy Boerema. “The community is outstanding in its support of Special Olympics. In turn, we wanted to give back to the community in the same way, so we held a fundraiser for the Mason County Animal Shelter. The support was outstanding for this fine organization with the donations we have received.”
