79th District Court arraignments

LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 79th District Court Magistrate:

Felonies

Gonzales

– Antonio Jesus Gonzales, 27, of 1133 Hazel Rd., Hart, was arrested Jan. 27 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for two felony counts of controlled substance, possession of narcotic or cocaine less than 25 grams; one count of possession analogues; and one count of possession of marijuana. Probable cause hearing: Feb. 11 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent.

Flores

– Isreal Flores, Jr., 38, of 102 E. Whittier St., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 27 by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for a for two felony counts of controlled substance delivery/manufacture of marijuana. Probable cause hearing: Feb. 11 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Johnson

– Ali Marie Johnson, 27, of 503 N. William St., Apt. B, Ludington, was arrested Jan. 28 by SSCENT for four felony counts of controlled substance delivery/manufacture of marijuana. Probable cause hearing: Feb. 11 at 3:15 p.m. Preliminary hearing: Feb. 18 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Huggard

– Jason Scott Huggard, 29, of 1005 N. Custer Rd. was arrested Feb. 1 by the Michigan State Police, Hart post (MSP-H) for a felony of interfering with electronic communications and a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Habitual offender, second offense notice. Probable cause hearing: Feb. 11 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Albert

– Benjamin Eugene Albert, 41, of 605 Seventh St., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 30 by the Ludington Police Department (LDP) for a felony of failure to register as a sex offender. Habitual offender, fourth offense notice. Probable cause hearing: Feb. 11 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Clark

– Kaleigh Lynn Clark, 25, of 707 W. Ludington Ave., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 30 by LPD for a felony of uttering and publishing. Habitual offender, second offense notice. Probable cause hearing: Feb. 11 at 3 p.m. Preliminary exam: Feb. 18 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

– Kaleigh Lynn Clark, 25, of 707 W. Ludington Ave., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 30 by LPD for a misdemeanor of second-degree retail fraud. In another case, she was arrested Jan. 30 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of second-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Feb. 11 at 3 p.m. Bail: $3,500/personal.

– Kendra Lee Luthy, 31, of 4011 N. Jebavy Dr., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 31 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: March 2 at 11 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Edgar Joel Arambula, 17, of 811 N. Lavinia St., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 30 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: March 2 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Teresa Marie Gee, 19, of 402 Fourth St., Apt. 2, Ludington, was arrested Feb. 1 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). Bail: March 9 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

– Christopher Michael Newfer, 28, of 504 E. Danaher St., Apt. 4, Ludington, was arrested Feb. 2 by LPD for a misdemeanor of assault and battery. Pretrial: March 2 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Christopher Allen Zweigle, 40, of 306 S. Tyndall Rd., Branch, was arrested Feb. 2 by LPD for a misdemeanor of assault and battery. Pretrial: March 2 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Malaina Marie Monroe, 17, of 1575 E. Tyler Rd., Hart, was arrested Jan. 5 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Feb. 23 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Krysti Renee Mead, 18, of 147 S. Wildwood Run, Apt. 13, Ludington, was arrested Jan. 29 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Feb. 23 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
