Franz to host meeting on transportation bill.

January 9, 2015

LUDINGTON — State Rep. Ray Franz will host a meeting in the Ludington City Hall on Jan. 12 at 7 p.m. to share information regarding the upcoming road funding proposal.

While the lawmaker looks forward to addressing any concerns or ideas residents may have with state government at the meeting, he will focus much of his presentation on details regarding the proposal.

“Wrapping up last year, roads were the primary topic most people were asking about, and with the plan going before residents in a few months now is the time to get answers,” said Franz, R-Onekama. “I welcome everyone to come to this meeting so we can get the conversation moving, or to bring up other topics that are on their minds. People are always welcome to call my office, plus I’ll have additional local meetings to keep people informed as we go along.”

The Jan. 12 meeting will be in the city hall’s community room.
