79th District Court arraignments

LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 79th District Court Magistrate:

Felonies

Archey

– Andrew David Archey, 23, of 106 S. Washington Ave., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 6 by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for felonies of  controlled substance delivery and possession of analogues. A probable cause hearing is set for Jan. 14 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Rhinebolt

– Benjamin James Rhinebolt, 53, of 207 Thomas St., Scottville, was arrested Dec. 26 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a felony of third-offense operating under the influence of liquor (OUIL). A preliminary exam is set for Jan. 14 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

– Kristine Liane Drake, 33, of 6363 N. Custer Rd., Free Soil, was arrested Jan. 8 by the Michigan State Police, Hart post (MSP-H) for a misdemeanor of failure to maintain security. A pretrial is set for Feb. 2 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Esteven Escamilla, 18, of 6676 N. 126th Ave., Hart, was arrested Jan. 2 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a misdemeanor of third-degree retail fraud. A pretrial is set for Feb. 2 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Thomas Charles Wieand, 46, of 5367 N. Thunderbird, Fountain, was arrested Jan. 2 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. A pretrial is set for Jan. 26 at 11:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Breana Lynne Bair, 21, of 605 S. Madison Ave., Ludington was arrested by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for Jan. 26 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Timothy Scott Jones, 27, of 722 ½ E. Danaher St., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 5 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a misdemeanor of aggravated assault – domestic. A pretrial is set for Jan. 26 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– Ramon Munoz, 30, of 322 S. James St., Apt. 1, Ludington, was arrested Jan. 1 by LPD for a misdemeanor of assault and battery. A pretrial is set for Jan. 26 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety.

– Lloyd Joseph Burden, 22, of 3612 N. Stiles Rd., Scottville, was arrested Jan. 1 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for Jan. 26 at 11 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Omar David Chavez, 17, of 3241 N. 72nd Ave., Lot 47, Hart, was arrested Jan. 2 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of third-degree retail fraud. A pretrial is set for Feb. 2 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Alexander Michael Kazmarski, 25, of 97 1st Ave., Norton Shores, was arrested Dec. 28 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for Feb. 2 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Adam Nelson Lundberg, 29, of 4619 S. Morton Rd., Ludington, was arrested Dec. 26 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set for Jan. 26 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Jeremy Dean Daily, 20, of 603 E. Danaher St., Apt. 5, Ludington, was arrested Dec. 28 for misdemeanors of domestic violence and minor in possession (MIP), third offense. A pretrial is set for Jan. 26 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Paul Joseph Desmet, 66, of 5902 Pleasant Ridge Dr., Ludington, was arrested Dec. 28 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for Jan. 26 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

– Cassandra Marie Leese, 21, of 307 E. Broadway, Scottville, was arrested Dec. 30 by LPD for a misdemeanor of false report of a misdemeanor. In a separate file, Leese was arrested Dec. 29 by LPD for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Bail: $2,500/10 percent. A pretrial is set for Jan. 5 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Kayla Anne-Marie Jowers, 21, of 112 Fourth St., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 2 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). A pretrial is set for Jan. 5 at 2 p.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.
