79th District Court sentencings and dismissals.

LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced recently in 79th District Court:

– Krystal Nicole Rogers, 25, of 712 Oak St., Baldwin, was found guilty Sept. 26 of driver transporting open intoxicants. She was sentenced to 30 days discretionary jail for one year and $265 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).

– Ryan Logan Glover, 22, of 1799 N. Lincoln Rd., Ludington, was found guilty Sept. 29 of failure to report an accident. He was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $325 in fines and costs.

– Kaleigh Mae Bothee, 21, of 134 Timmer Dr., Sparta, was found guilty Sept. 29 of allowing a person to drive in violation. She was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 90 days discretionary jail for one year; and $335 in fines and costs.

– Erica Lynn Patton, 33, of 2526 N. Victory Corner Rd., Ludington, was found guilty Sept. 25 of allowing a person to drive in violation and sentenced to $335 in fines and costs.

– Summer Michelle Rinker, 29, of 1239 Harold St., Scottville, pleaded no contest Sept. 25 to disorderly conduct/disturbing the peace. She was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served and $285 in fines and costs.

– Tabitha Nicole Vigansky, 33, of 6589 E. Borowski, Fountain, pleaded no contest Sept. 25 to disorderly person/public intoxication. She was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 30 days discretionary jail for one year; and $135 in fines and costs.

– Charmaine Renee Harris, 34, of 923 W. Southern Ave., Apt. 1, Muskegon, was found guilty Sept. 23 of third-degree retail fraud. She was sentenced to 93 days in jail with credit for 58 days served. Fines suspended.

– Dustin Lee VanderKolk, 24, of 1007 N. Monona St., Ludington, was found guilty of trespassing. He was sentenced to 30 days discretionary jail for one year and $265 in fines and costs.

– Cody Evans Holtrust, 29, of 503 N. Washington Ave., Apt. 12, Ludington, was found guilty Sept. 23 of operating while impaired by liquor. He was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; must attend the next session of the Victims Impact Panel (VIP); must follow recommendations of substance abuse screening agency; no alcohol/drugs; subject to random preliminary breath tests (PBTs); and $1,065 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

Dismissals

– Eustosio Juan Segura, 36, of 4080 S. Stiles Rd., Scottville, one count of driving while license suspended (DWLS) dismissed Sept. 29. “The ends of justice do not warrant further prosecution. Defendant has cleared license for reinstatement,” court records state.

– Alicia Marie Talmadge, 25, of 708 Fifth St., Apt. 2, Ludington, one count of aggravated domestic violence was dismissed Sept. 25. “People cannot prove matter beyond a reasonable doubt,” court records state.

– Robert Anthony Wolever-Newcom, 34, of 6670 US-10, Walhalla, one count of interfering with an electronic communications device and one count of domestic violence were dismissed. “People are no longer able to prove the elements of the charged offenses,” court records state.
