College board will wrap up president investigation by next meeting.

VICTORY TWP. – The West Shore Community College Board of Trustees met in special session this afternoon and discussed the fate of President Charles Dillon with attorney Patrick White. Dillon pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated two weeks ago in Manistee County’s 85th District Court. The only action the board took, following closed session, was to instruct the college staff and attorney to conclude its investigation of Dillon and provide a report to the board at its Oct. 20 regular monthly meeting.
