LUDINGTON — The Mason County District Library will celebrate the 98th birthday of children’s author Roald Dahl on Wednesday, Sept. 17 at 4 p.m. at the Ludington branch. The birthday party will include a reading from “The BFG” and activities including dream jar making. Cupcakes will be served. Children under age 8 must be accompanied by an adult. All Mason County District Library programs are free of charge.
