SCOTTVILLE — The Scottville Area Senior Center has several events planned in observance of National Healthy Aging Month.
– Wednesday, Sept. 10, 17, 24 at 10:30 a.m.: Nicole Smith, health educator from Health Dept. District #10, will be speaking about healthy weight, exercising and commitments to eating more fresh foods.
– Thursday, Sept. 11 at 12:45 p.m.: Rite Aid Pharmacy will present a program on vitamin nutrition.
– Thursday, Sept. 25 at 10:30 a.m.: Jane Hart from Michigan State University Extension will discuss food safety for seniors.
