Paragliders uninjured after crash

paraglider_crash_ludingtonLUDINGTON — A paraglider and his co-pilot were safe after they crash landed near the end of South James Street Thursday night. The two men told Ludington police that they were running out of fuel while heading west near the SS Badger. They turned around and crashed into a row of pine trees.

Ludington Police Dept., Ludington Fire Dept. and Life EMS responded. The LFD aerial truck was used to remove the parachute from the trees.
