2 sentenced in 51st Circuit Court, drug charges and B&E

LUDINGTON  — The following were sentenced this past week in 51st Circuit Court:

Quinton Allen Mosley Jr.

– Quinton Allen Mosley, Jr., 34, of 7737 St. Hupert Trail, Hesperia, was found guilty March 4 of one count of controlled substance, delivery/manufacture 5-45 kilograms. One count of the same charge was dismissed. He was sentenced May 27 to 330 days in jail with credit for three days served; serve seven months up front; balance to be served at the court’s discretion; work release is granted if sentence is served in Oceana County and meets Oceana County Sheriff’s Office guidelines; 18 months probation; driver’s license suspended 30 days/restricted 150 days; and $548 in fines and costs.

Justin Stever

– Justin Michael Stever, 23, of 207 Fifth St., Ludington, was found guilty March 18 of breaking and entering a building  with intent. He was sentenced May 27 to 330 days in jail with credit for 10 days served; balance to be served at the court’s discretion;served 120 days on GPS tether at defendant’s own expense; $960 restitution; $548 in fines and costs; and 18 months probation.
