Parent connection meeting May 27

LUDINGTON — The Mason County Parent Coalition will hold its bi-monthly Parent Connection meeting on Tuesday, May 27 from 5:30- 7:30 p.m. at Sandcastles Children’s Museum, located at the corner of Ludington Avenue and Harrison Street.

Guest speaker for the evening will be Noel Niemann from the Men CAN anti-violence initiative.  Dinner, kids’ admission to the museum, and childcare will be provided and all Mason County families with children 0-12 years old are invited to attend!

Items on the meeting agenda are the Splash Pad initiative, the Baby Pantry 5K race, and a discussion around early care andlLearning opportunities for children in our community.

The Mason County Parent Coalition is part of the Mason-Lake-Oceana Great Start Collaborative which works to assure a coordinated system of community resources and support to help all families in the tri-county area provide a great start for their children from pre-birth to age eight.
