4 arrested in separate weekend incidents

mcso_logoDeputies from Mason County Sheriff’s Office arrested four people in separate incidents over the weekend. Below is the activity of the MCSO from May 9 to May 11, 2014:

May 9

  • 12:20 a.m.: 911 hang up call, 2300 block of 32nd St., Sheridan Twp.
  • 2:52 a.m.: Suspicious persons seen walking on road on Hansen Rd. near Dennis Rd., Amber Twp.
  • 6:37 p.m.: A 52-year-old Ludington man was arrested for driving while license suspended second offense, following a traffic stop at Tinkham and Staffon streets, City of Ludington.
  • 8:43 p.m.: Suspicious situation, 4600 block of West U.S. 10, Amber Twp. Suspicious activity in the area of Lowe’s.
  • 10:54 p.m.: A 51-year-old Ludington man was arrested for DWLS second offense and a Friend of the Court warrant following a traffic stop at U.S. 10 and Jackson Rd., City of Ludington.
  • 11:04 p.m.: Car/deer crash, no injuries, Quarterline and Nurnberg roads, Grant Twp.

May 10

  • 12:47 a.m.: Alarm activation, 2300 block of West U.S. 10, Amber Twp.
  • 3:41 a.m.: Noise complaint, Wildwood Meadows apartments, Amber Twp.
  • 5:10 a.m.: Car/deer crash, no injuries, Pere Marquette Hwy. and Latin Rd., Summit Twp.
  • 10:41 a.m.: Gas drive off of $20.01, Airport EZ Mart, Pere Marquette Twp.
  • 8:30 p.m.: A 48-year-old Fountain man was cited for transporting open intoxicants following a traffic stop at Main and Cleveland streets in Fountain.

May 11

– 3:22 a.m.: A 21-year-old Custer man was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and his 20-year-old passenger cited for minor in possession following a traffic stop at Walhalla and Kinney roads, Logan Twp.

  • 6 a.m.: Car/deer crash, no injuries, Fountain and Reek roads, Sherman Twp.
  • 11:47 a.m.: A 32-year-old Scottville man was arrested on a Mason County Friend of the Court warrant at U.S. 31 and Countyline Rd., Grant Twp.
  • 1:25 p.m.: Two vehicle broadside crash, no injuries, U.S. 10 and Meyers Rd., Amber Twp.
