FloraCraft to host Relay for Life fund raiser

LUDINGTON — FloraCraft Corporation is sponsoring a Life Blooms fund raiser for Relay for Life on Saturday, April 12 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Lincoln Hills Golf Club. Admission is $20 per person and includes light appetizers and soft drinks; a cash bar will be available. Children under age 12 are free.

There will be activities for the entire family. A silent auction of donated products and services will be available for bid. A live auction will also be held and will include a fishing package, sailboat cruise, bed and breakfast package and more to be announced. Other activities include a raffle, a kids’ corner with the Easter bunny and a luminary decorating station.

“Team FloraCraft is deeply committed to raising funds for additional cancer research,” said Jim Scatena, CEO and president. “Many of us have been impacted by cancer and it’s our dream that a cure is within our reach.”

Funds raised will benefit Relay for Life of Mason County, a part of the American Cancer Society’s lifesaving mission of eliminating cancer through local programs and national research.
