4 arraigned this week in 79th District Court

LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned this past week in front of Mason Coutny Magistrate Patricia Baker in 79th District Court: 

Felonies

–         William Dale Polston, 46, of 109 E. Foster, Apt. 1, Ludington, was arrested Feb. 17 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a felony of controlled substance possession. A preliminary exam is set for Feb. 26 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.
–         Jack Edward Kokx, 49, no address listed, was arrested Feb. 14 by LPD or felony of failure to register as a sex offender and habitual offender, second conviction. A preliminary exam is set for Feb. 26 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.
–         Thomas David Cress, Jr., 36, of 362 Riverside Dr., Battle Creek, was arrested Feb. 12 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a felony of breaking and entering a building and habitual offender, second conviction. A preliminary exam is set for Feb. 26 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent.
Misdemeanor
–         Mandy May Snyder, 34, of 811 N. Washington Ave., Ludington, was arrested Feb. 13 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for March 17 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
