Prosecutor’s opinion on police shooting of Amber man

On Thursday Mason County Prosecutor Paul Spaniola released his legal opinion about the Jan. 14, 2013 shooting of William Marble by Michigan State Police Trooper James Luttrull at Marble’s home, 1221 N.
