• Kahlan Marie Duell and Sam Colt Duell were born, December 31, 2013, the twin daughter and son of Heaven and Luke Duell of Scottville. Kahlan Marie was born at 4:51 a.m., weighing 4 pounds, 11 ounces at 17.5 inches long. Sam Colt was born at 4:53 a.m., weighing 5 pounds, 12 ounces at 18.25 inches long.
• Meena Makima Hernandez, the daughter of Kendra Harrington and Reynaldo Hernandez III of Ludington, was born on January 6, 2014 at Spectrum Health Ludington Hospital.
• Cali Eva Bernal, the daughter of Katie Keller and Jaime Bernal of Walkerville, was born January 7, 2014, at Spectrum Health Ludington Hospital.
• Gannon Erwin Schmock, the son of Brittany Shumsky and Travis Schmock of Pere Marquette Township, was born January 6, 2014 at Spectrum Health Ludington Hospital.
