79th District Court sentences, as of Jan. 2, 2014

LUDINGTON — The following is a report of criminal proceedings this past week in Mason County’s 79th District Court.

Arthur Lee Jackson, 709 1/2 Foster St., Ludington, was found guilty on Jan. 2 for disorderly person, urinating in public. He was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for 1 year, serving 2 days; not allowed to purchase/possess/consume alcohol/illicit drugs; must attend Alcoholics Anonymous 1 time per week; must pay $285 in fines/costs.

Jon Lloyd Maccune, 924 E. Tinkham Ave., Apt. 201, Ludington was found guilty on Jan. 2 of disorderly person, trespassing/prowling. He was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for 1 year, serving 3 days; must pay $285 in fines/costs.

Nathan Owen Prince, 100 S. Wildwood Crossing, Apt. 7, Ludington, was found guilty on Jan. 2 for disorderly person/public intoxication. He was sentenced to 30 days discretionary jail for 1 year, serving 1 day; not to purchase/possess/consume alcohol/illicit drugs; pay $285 in fines/costs.

Daniel Patrick Williams III, 315 N. Robert St., Ludington, was found guilty on Jan. 2 for smoking use/possession of tobacco by a minor. He must perform 20 hours of community service in lieu of fines/costs.

Ronald Dee Robbins, Jr., 407 E. Johnson St., Hart, was found guilty on Jan. 3, for disorderly person, public intoxication. He was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for 1 year, serving 1 day; $285 fines/costs.

Dismissal:

Jeri Lynn Malstrom, 42, 2275 W. Townline Rd., Ludington, domestic violence.
