Hurst

–         Michael Wayne Hurst, 38, of 210 N. Gaylord Ave., Apt. 3, Ludington, was arrested Sept. 30 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a felony of interfering with an electronic communication device. A preliminary exam is set for Oct. 9 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

Misdemeanors
–         Melisa Kaye Myers, 27, of 11864 W. US-10, Branch, was arrested Sept. 25 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a misdemeanor of assault and battery. A pretrial is set for Oct. 7 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.
–         Carlton Kurt Brower, 51, of 2131 W. US-10, Ludington, was arrested Sept. 21 by MSP-Hart, for a misdemeanor of DWLS. A pretrial is set for Oct. 21 at 10 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
–         James Arthur Nash, 40, of 3595 W. Fisher Rd., Ludington, was arrested Sept. 26 by the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) for two misdemeanor counts of wetlands protection – authorized. A pretrial is set for Oct. 21 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
–         Bernard Joe Bovee, Jr., 40, of 3418 E. Manales Rd., Fountain, was arrested Sept. 26 by the DNR on four misdemeanor counts of septage waste disposal on a lake. A pretrial is set for Oct 21 at 1:45 p.m.Bail: $1,500/personal.
–         Kenneth Michael Adams, 29, of 222 E. Second St., Ludington, was arrested Sept. 9 by LPD for a misdemeanor count of larceny less than $200.  A pretrial is set for Oct. 21 at 2 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.
