The following were arraigned in 79th District Court this past week:
Felonies
– Jason Tyler Patterson, 29, of 5731 W. Limouze St., Ludington, was arrested Aug. 30 by the State, Sheriffs, Chiefs Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for a felony of controlled substance delivery. A preliminary exam is set for Sept. 11 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $50,000 cash/surety.
– Jennifer Leigh Klotz, 36, of 204 Second St., Ludington, was arrested Aug. 30 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a felony of third-offense operating while intoxicated. A preliminary exam is set for Sept. 11 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.
– Vaughn Anthony Andrus, 27, of 3261 S. Scottville Rd., Scottville, was arrested Aug. 31 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a felony of resisting/assaulting/
– Elizabeth Marie Whitaker, 5731 W. Limouze St., Ludington, was arrested Aug. 30 by SSCENT for a felony of delivery/manufacture methamphetamine; operate lab – controlled substance. A preliminary exam is set for Sept. 11 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety.
– Caleb Alexander Lopez, 18, of 205 N. Rath Ave., Ludington, was arrested Sept. 2 by LPD for a felony of interfering with an electronic communication. A preliminary exam is set for Sept. 11 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.
Misdemeanors
– Dustin Allen Collene, 32, of 106 E. Melendy St., Ludington, was arrested Aug. 29 by LPD for a misdemeanor of DWLS. A pretrial is set for Sept. 23 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.
– Jose Louis Albarran, 27, of 2152 Palace Ave., SW, Grand Rapids, was arrested Aug. 29 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set forSept. 11 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.
– Juan Ayala Centeno, 67, of 3330 W. Miller Rd., Lansing, was arrested Sept. 1 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for Sept. 23 at 10:30 a.m.Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
– Derek John Brimmer, 32, of 6276 Russell St., Ludington, was arrested Sept 2. By MCSO for a misdemeanor of DWLS. A pretrial is set for Sept. 16 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.
– Sean Russell Daugherty, 29, of 118 S. Wildwood Crossing, Apt. 9, Ludington, was arrested Aug. 30 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. A pretrial is set for Sept. 23 at 11 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
– Susan Marie Chamberlain, 60, of 6694 E. Oak Ridge St., Fountain, was arrested Aug. 31 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of assault and battery. A pretrial is set for Sept. 23 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
