LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned this past week in 79th District court:
– Tony Tyson Thornsberry, 30, of 1308 E. High St., Mount Pleasant, was arrested June 24 by Ludington Police Department (LPD) for two counts of misdemeanor of assault and battery. A pretrial is set for July 15 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
– David Moreno-Barrios, 25, of 7070 N. 120th Ave., Hart, was arrested June 13 by MSP, Hart post for a misdemeanor of failure to maintain security. A pretrial is set for July 22 at 9:45 a.m.Bail: $1,500/personal.
– Mara Lynn Wittlieff, 18, of 784 N. Stiles Rd., Ludington, was arrested June 12 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a misdemeanor of third offense Minor in Possession (MIP). A pretrial is set for July 8 at 2 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
– Ramiro Trevino, 51, of 55 Fourth St., Shelby, was arrested July 2 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of DWLS. A pretrial is set for July 15 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
– Lindsey Lee Towns, 23, of 704 W. Lowell St., Ludington, was arrested July 2 by MSP, Hart post for a misdemeanor of failure to maintain security. A pretrial is set for July 15 at 2:30 p.m.Bail: $1,500/personal.
– Samuel Gilroy Smith, 20, of 1485 Carlson Rd., Frankfort, was arrested June 30 by MCSO for misdemeanors of controlled substance, possession of marijuana and operating while intoxicated or under the influence. A pretrial is set for Aug. 5 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.
– Davina Rae Southern, 32, of 143 N. Jebavy Dr., Apt. 20, Ludington, was arrested July 2 by LPD for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. A pretrial is set for July 22 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
