LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced this week in 79th District Court:
–         Adam Michael Howell, 23, of 5525 W. Johnson Rd., Ludington was found guilty June 4 of OWI. He was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; Alcohol Highway Safety Education (AHSE); $1,1445 in fines and costs; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; must attend next session of the Victims Impact Panel; and no alcohol/drugs. Conviction is reportable to SOS.
–         Dylan James Hansen, 19, of 10201 64th Ave., Allendale, was found guilty June 4 of chemical agents prohibited uses. He was sentenced to $520 in fines and costs; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; must have substance abuse evaluation and follow recommendations; and no alcohol/drugs. A charge of operating while intoxicated or under a controlled substance was dismissed.
–         James Dale Williams, 40, of 4566 W. First St., Ludington, was found guilty June 4 of OWI. He was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; $1,145 in fines and costs; AHSE; 93 days discretionary jail for two years; must attend next session of Victims Impact Panel; must obtain substance abuse counseling; and no alcohol/drugs. Conviction is reportable to SOS.
–         Jared Adam Bussey, 24, of 577 N. Dennis Rd., Ludington, was found guilty June 4 of OWI. He was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served; AHSE; $1,145 in fines and costs; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; and must attend next session of Victims Impact Panel. Conviction is reportable to SOS.
–         Arthur Lee Jackson, 54, of 709 ½ E. Foster St., Ludington pleaded no contest June 5 to disorderly person/public intoxication. He was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; $285 in fines and costs; 90 days discretionary jail for one year; random preliminary breath tests (PBTs); 12 months probation; and no alcohol/drugs.
–         Corey Evan Carsten, 27, of 8499 E. M-71, Lot 120, Durand, was found guilty May 31 of disorderly person/public intoxication. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail with credit for one day served; $285 in fines and costs; 90 days discretionary jail for one year; and no alcohol/drugs.
–         Jessica May Graham, 26, of 5437 Lovers Lane, Portage, was found guilty June 4 of driving while license suspended (DWLS). She was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; $580 in fines and costs; and one year discretionary jail for two years. Conviction is reportable to SOS.
–         Jennifer Marie Holland, 31, of 713 E. Ludington Ave., Ludington, was found guilty June 4 of OWI. She was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served; AHSE; $1,145 in fines and costs; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; and must attend next session of the Victims Impact Panel. Conviction is reportable to SOS.
–         Heather Kennedy Coleman, 50, of 5287 W. Hawley Rd., Ludington, was found guilty of OWI. She was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served; outpatient treatment; $1,145 in fines and costs; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; must attend the next session of the Victims Impact Panel; and no alcohol/drugs. Conviction is reportable to SOS.
–         Loren Lee Boes, 2118 E. State, Custer, was found guilty June 6 of improper disposal of tires and sentenced to $185 in fines and costs.
–         Michael Louis Darke, Jr., 33, of 412 N. Robert St., Ludington, was found guilty of un-baited hook/grab hook/gaff hook, etc. and was sentenced to $275 in fines and costs.
–         Danny Lee Sloan, Jr., 22, of 404 S. Main St., Scottville, was found guilty June 6 of DWLS. He was sentenced to $285 in fines and costs. Conviction is reportable to SOS.
–         Thomas Dwight Faye, 24, of 709 N. Rowe St., pleaded no contest June 10 to disorderly person/public intoxication. He was sentenced to $285 in fines and costs; 90 days discretionary jail for one year; no alcohol/drugs; random PBTs; must seek and maintain employment; and must have substance abuse evaluation and follow recommendations.

–         Kendra Sue Golnick, 30, of 310 Scott St., Scottville, was found guilty of unlicensed dog. She was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 30 days discretionary jail for one year; and $280 in fines and costs.

Dismissals

–         Thomas David Cress, Jr., 35, of 39 Harris St., Battle Creek, one count of first-degree home invasion, one count of felony firearms, one count of second-degree home invasion, and two counts of breaking and entering with intent were dismissed June 5.
–         Mary Beth Wolff, 49, of 207 S. Washington Ave., Apt. 2, Ludington, one count of domestic violence was dismissed June 10.
–         James David Jensen, 42, of 454 W. Tyler Rd., Hart, one count of non-sufficient funds check less than $100 was dismissed June 10.
