LUDINGTON — The following arraignments took place this past week in 79th District Court:
Felonies:
– Jared Michael Boyd, 39, of 401 E. State St., Scottville, was arrested May 25 by SPD and MCSO on felony charges of felonious assault and domestic violence. A preliminary examination is set for June 5 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $15,000/cash/surety.
– Larry Cress, 50, of 8946 E. US-10, Branch, was arrested May 23 by the State, Sheriffs, Chiefs Enforcement Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for a felony of controlled substance – delivery/manufacture. A preliminary exam is set for June 5 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.
– Heather Kaye Plumb, 34, of 531 Randall St., Apt. G, Coopersville, was arrested May 23 by SSCENT for a felony of controlled substance – delivery. A preliminary exam is set for June 5 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.
– Robert James Pelkey, 50, of 127 Eastmanville St., Coopersville, was arrested May 23 by SSCENT for a felony of controlled substance – obtaining. A preliminary exam is set for June 5 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.
– Emilee Rose O’Brien, 24, of 1105 Lancer Lane, Ludington, was arrested May 23 by SSCENT for a felony of controlled substance – possession. A preliminary exam is set for June 5 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.
– Thomas David Cress, Jr., 35, of 39 Harris St., Battle Creek, was arrested May 24 by the MCSO the Michigan State Police (MSP), Hart post on felony charges of breaking and entering a building (two counts), first-degree home invasion, second-degree home invasion, felony firearms possession and habitual offender. A preliminary exam is set for June 5 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety.
Misdemeanors:
– Troy Douglas Henney, 28, of 7911 E. Navajo Trail, Branch, was arrested May 21 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended/revoked and improper transport of medical marijuana in a motor vehicle. A pretrial is set for June 17 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.
– Ray Ivan Griffin, 32, of 3134 W. Johnson Rd., Ludington, was arrested May 23 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of third-degree retail fraud. A pretrial is set for June 10 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.
– Kendra Sue Golnick, 30, of 310 Scott St., Scottville, was arrested by the Scottville Police Department (SPD) for misdemeanor charges of sanitation, property maintenance and inoperable vehicles – all of which are Scottville City ordinance violations, her court records state. A pretrial is set for June 3 at 9 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal. Golnick was also arrested Jan. 9 by the MCSO for a misdemeanor charge of animals – abandon/cruelty and is slated to appear for a pretrial, June 10 at 3:15 p.m. Her bail for that charge was a $2,500/personal.
– Kevin Steven Muenzenmeyer, 20, of 2934 Meadowbrook Dr., SE, Grand Rapids, was arrested May 25 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated or under the influence. A pretrial set for July 1 at 9 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
– Joshua Alan Carr, 29, of 1485 Betty Ave., Ludington, was arrested May 25 by LPD for operating while intoxicated or under the influence. A pretrial is set for July 1 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
– David James Mihalek, 27, of 1475 Wildwood Run, Apt. 11, Ludington, was arrested May 25 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated or under the influence. A pretrial is set for July 1 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
– Marcelino Gonzalez, 39, of 7761 W. Deer Rd., Mears, was arrested May 26 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of assault and battery. A pretrial is set for June 3 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety.
– James David Jensen, 42, of 454 W. Tyler Rd., Hart, was arrested May 25 by the SPD for a misdemeanor of check – non-sufficient funds. A pretrial is set for June 10 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
– Gary Lee Thompson, 36, of 510 E. Melendy St., Ludington, was arrested May 25 by the LPD for operating while intoxicated or under the influence. A pretrial is set for July 1 at 9:30 a.m.Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
