LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced this week in 79th District Court:

Sentences
– Lisa Kay Wilson, 53, 906 N. Washington Ave., Apt. 13, Ludington was found guilty on Feb. 4 for breaking and entering. She was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and must pay $580 in fines and costs.

– Mark Edward Dekle, 25, 8327 W. Hollyhock Ave., Baldwin was found guilty on Feb. 4 for disorderly conduct/disturbing the peace. He was sentenced to 14 days jail with 90 days discretionary jail for one year and must pay $265 in fines and costs.

– Erin Patrick Early, 41, 7426 S. Cabana Rd., Eden Twp., was found guilty on Feb. 6 for attempted fleeing from a police officer. He was sentenced to one day in jail along with one year discretionary jail for one year; he must pay $740 in fines/costs. A second count of driving while license suspended was dismissed.

– Lisa Fink, 42, 2766 E. Koenig Rd., Free Soil, was found guilty on Jan. 31 for allowing a dog to stray. She must pay $155 in fines and costs.

– Loretta Lucine Surplice, 18, 4672 W. Decker Rd., Hamlin Twp., was found guilty on Feb. 5 of domestic violence second offense. She was sentenced to 59 days jail along with one year discretionary jail for two years and must seek outpatient treatment.

– Joshua Alan Carr, 28, 210 N. Lavinia St., Apt. 3, Ludington, was found guilty on Feb. 5 of retail fraud third degree. Sentence: Two days jail with 93 days discretionary jail for one year; $580 fines/costs.

– Ronald Murray Broadwell, 61, 5959 E. Hansen Rd., Custer Twp., was found guilty on Feb. 5 for operating a vehicle while impaired by liquor. Sentence: Two days jail, 93 days discretionary jail for one year; must attend Victims’ Impact Panel; continue substance abuse counseling; must attend alcohol highway safety education; $1,145 in fines/costs.

– Mary alice Shearer, 50, 403 S. Madison Ave., Ludington, was found guilty on Feb. 5 for attempted assault/resisting/obstructing. Sentence: One day jail, 93 days discretionary jail for one year; must provide truthful testimony when called; $580.

– Michael Raymond Shappee, 49, 19675 Nine Mile Rd., Copemish, was found guilty on Feb. 5 for driving while license suspended. Sentence: Two days jail, one year discretionary jail for two years; $740.

– Alexis Joanne Sandretto, 21, 715 N. Rowe St., Ludington, was found guilty on Feb. 7 for operating a snowmobile prohibited. Sentence: Probation for 12 months; $325 fines/costs.

– Connie Sue Anderson, 45, 164 Franklin St., Manistee was found guilty on Feb. 7 of failure to report an accident. Sentence: $325 in fines/costs; 90 days discretionary jail for one year.

Dismissals:
– Brandon Matthew Jablonski, 20, 1145 Pineway, Ludington, operating a motor vehicle without security.
