SUMMIT TOWNSHIP — A 46-year-old Ludington man was arrested by the Hart post of the Michigan State Police Wednesday, Feb. 8, at 9:46 p.m. on charges of domestic violence and probation violation following an alleged assault in the 4000 block of South Pere Marquette Highway, according to Sgt. Charles Hockanson.
