LUDINGTON – The following were arraigned recently in 79th District Court:

Felonies

Izeek Ratliff

– Izeek Joe Ratliff, 20, of 312 S. Main St., Scottville, was arrested by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and third-offense minor in possession of alcohol (MIP). Preliminary exam: Oct. 24 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety.

Fred Ratliff

– Fred Ratliff, 48, of 1619 W. First St., Amber Township, was arrested by MCSO for a felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and fourth-offense habitual-offender. Preliminary exam: Oct. 24 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Tyler

– Arneva Lily Tyler, 21, of 108 S. Reinberg Ave., Scottville, was arrested by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a felony of larceny in building. Preliminary exam: Oct. 24 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent. Tyler also faces a misdemeanor of larceny less than $200. Pretrial: Oct. 17 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

John Accardi

– John Paul Accardi, 37, of 1283 W. Meisenheimer Rd., Riverton Township, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for a felony of delivery/manufacture of a controlled substance. Preliminary exam: Oct. 17 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/personal.

Crystal Accardi

– Crystal Lynn Accardi, 37, of 1283 W. Meisenheimer Rd., Riverton Township, was arrested by SSCENT for a felony of delivery/manufacture of a controlled substance. Preliminary exam: Oct. 17 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/personal.

Tomich

– Matthew Thomas Tomich, 28, of 1267 W. Meisenheimer Rd., Riverton Township, was arrested by SSCENT for a felony of delivery/manufacture of a controlled substance. Preliminary exam: Oct. 17 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

Martinez

– Ashley Anne Martinez, 29, of 409 First St., Ludington, was arrested by MCSO on felony charges of controlled substance possession and heroin use. Preliminary exam: Oct. 24 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/personal.

Jonathon Johnson

– Jonathon Aubrey Johnson, 47, of 3677 S. Pere Marquette Hwy., Summit Township, was arrested by the Michigan State Police (MSP) on felony charges of breaking and entering a building with intent and larceny in building. Preliminary exam: Oct. 17 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Albaugh

– Michael Ryan Albaugh, 29, no address listed, was arrested by MCSO for a felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and third-offense habitual offender. Preliminary exam: Oct. 17 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

– Zachary Scott Wehner, 25, no address listed; LPD; receiving and concealing stolen property. Pretrial: Oct. 15 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– John Travis Huck, 31, of 409 First St., Ludington; MCSO; no insurance and unlawful license plate. Pretrial: Oct. 15 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Michael Allen Mallison, 30, of 478 1/2 1st St., Manistee; MCSO; operating while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: Oct. 19 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Donna Renee Honeycutt, 23, of 102 W. Dewey Rd., Victory Township; LPD; OWI. Pretrial: Oct. 22 at 11:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Latasha Rayshell Sampier, 18, of Shelby; MCSO; third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Oct. 22 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Devin Austin Sheldon, 20, of 2781 Oceana Dr., Hart; MCSO; third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Oct. 22 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Phillip David Hockenberry, 27, of 606 E. Ludington Ave., Ludington; MCSO; third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Oct. 22 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Ashley Natali Lopez, 17, of 512 E. Danaher St., Ludington; LPD; assault and battery. Pretrial: Oct. 22 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Daniel Scott Wing, 48, of 2458 S. Stephens Rd., Custer Township; MCSO; operating with a blood alcohol content (BAC) of .17 or higher, OWI and open intoxicants. Pretrial: Oct. 29 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– Dustin James Videtich-Munoz, 31, of 86 Chapita Hills, Shelby; MCSO; third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Oct. 29 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Westley Michael Badour, 20, homeless; LPD; receiving and concealing stolen property. Pretrial: Oct. 29 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent. Badour is also charged with larceny less than $200. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

– Carrie Ann Carr, 38, of 116 W. Second St., Scottville; LPD; larceny less than $200. Pretrial: Oct. 29 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

– Raymond Peter Riley, 23, of 7265 Robert Lane, Hamlin Township; MSP; OWI – ORV and trespassing – ORV. Pretrial: Nov. 5 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Jasmine Satin Jenks, 29, of 2904 S. Grantsyn Trail, Branch Township; LPD; operating with a BAC of .17 or higher, OWI, marijuana possession, open intoxicants and leaving the scene of an accident. Pretrial: Nov. 5 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Garth Allen Lemere, 19, of 203 S. Crowley St., Scottville; LPD; larceny less than $200. Pretrial: Nov. 5 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
