PERE MARQUETTE TOWNSHIP — Two vehicles were involved in a crash at the intersection of US 10 and Jebavy Drive Monday about 12:40 p.m. According to Mason County sheriff’s deputies on scene, the crash occurred when a Toyota Highlander, driven by a 46-year-old Ludington man, failed to stop for the red light and collided with a Chevrolet Silverado pickup driven by a 53-year-old Ludington man; the Silverado was southbound on Jebavy Drive. Neither of the drivers were injured.

The driver of the Toyota received a citation for disregarding a traffic signal. The crash caused traffic on eastbound US 10 to be backed up several blocks.

Responding to the scene were MCSO, Pere Marquette Township Fire Department, Ludington Fire Department, and Life EMS.
