LUDINGTON – The following were arraigned recently in 79th District Court:

Stec

– John Joseph Stec, 51, 7032 Dowagiac Rd., Free Soil Township, was arrested June 26 by Michigan State Police (MSP) on a felony charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated third offense (OWI) and open intoxicants. Preliminary hearing: July 13 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent.

Jordan Woodring

– Jordan Kenneth Woodring, 27, 304 S. Rowe St., Ludington, was arrested June 25 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on a felony charge of assault/resisting/obstructing. Preliminary hearing: July 13 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.
