79th District Court arraignments: Ludington man faces 6 charges

LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 79th District Court Magistrate:

Felonies

Weber

– Nickolaus Charles Weber, 20, of 142 S. Wildwood Trail, Apt. 22, Ludington, was arrested March 16 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for felonies of receiving and concealing stolen firearms; carrying a concealed weapon; and felony firearm, along with misdemeanors of possession of marijuana; open intoxicants in a motor vehicle; and minor in possession of alcohol (MIP). Probable cause hearing: March 25 at 3 p.m. Preliminary exam: April 1 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Alick

– Zachary Isaiah Alick, 27, of 214 W. Ludington Ave., #2, Ludington, was arrested March 14 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a felony of resisting/opposing/obstructing police and disorderly conduct. Probable cause hearing: March 25 at 1:15 p.m. Preliminary exam: April 1 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

Foster

– Gene Robert Foster, 40, of 106 E. Pere Marquette Hwy., Ludington, was arrested March 10 by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for two felony counts of controlled substance, delivery of marijuana. Probable cause hearing: March 25 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $3,500/personal.

Sarres

– Robin Jon Sarres, 57, no address listed, was arrested March 13 by LPD for four felony counts of sex offender – failure to comply with reporting duties and habitual offender, third offense. Probable cause hearing: March 25 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

Misdemeanors

– Robert James Graham, 74, of 25 Silver Creek, Reed City, was arrested March 10 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a misdemeanor of operating while impaired. Pretrial: April 6 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– James Jeffrey Larabee, 28, of 6840 Evanston Ave., Muskegon Heights, was arrested March 13 by MCSO for misdemeanors of controlled substance, possession of marijuana; controlled substance, possession of schedule 5/LSD; and open intoxicants. Pretrial: April 20 at 11:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Melissa Marie McWilliams, 30, of 707 E. Foster Rd., Ludington, was arrested March 10 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: April 6 at 11 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

– Charla Kay Bishop, 45, of 8557 N. US-31, Free Soil, was arrested March 12 by the Michigan State Police, Hart post (MSP-H) for a misdemeanor of DWLS. Pretrial: April 6 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Kody Michael Shriver, 23, of 7065 N. Dennis Rd., Ludington, was arrested March 12 by the Scottville Police Department (SPD) for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. Pretrial: April 6 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Katrina Lynn Genter, 35, of 932 Pine St., Ludington, was arrested March 12 by MSP-H for a misdemeanor of failure to maintain security. Pretrial: April 6 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Virginia Marie Rogers, 52, of 4206 E. 48th St., Chase, was arrested March 12 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of defrauding an innkeeper. Pretrial: April 13 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $500 cash.

– James Earl Rogers, 54, of E. 48th St., Chase, was arrested March 12 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of defrauding an innkeeper. Pretrial: April 13 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $500 cash.

– Martin Lee Rial, 52, of 7065 N. Dennis Rd., Ludington, was arrested March 11 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of weapons/firearms – purchasing without a license. Pretrial: April 6 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

– Tray Lynn Kerbuski, 48, of 10918 Pine Cone Ct., West Olive, was arrested March 15 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: April 13 at 11:4 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Timothy Allen Olmstead, 19, of 308 N. Staffon St., Apt. 1, Ludington, was arrested March 14 by MSP-H for a misdemeanor of assault  and battery. Pretrial: March 30 at 2 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Mykel Dalton Horsley, 24, of 503 N. William St., Ludington, was arrested March 15 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of DWLS. Pretrial: April 13 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

– Benjamin James Spore, 26, of 125 Broadway Ave., Scottville, was arrested March 15 by SPD for a misdemeanor of DWLS. Pretrial: April 13 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

– Ashley Lynn Plotts, 24, of 11696 N. Bingham Ave., Bitely, was arrested March 13 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of DWLS. Pretrial: April 20 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

– Rachael Jean Hansen, 21, of 1302 N. Sherman Rd., Ludington, was arrested March 13 by MSP-H for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Pretrial: March 30 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Melissa Anne Vaquera, 35, of 5881 W. Dewey Rd., Ludington, was arrested March 13 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Pretrial: April 6 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Jason Alan Hancock, 44, of 2481 S. Meyers Rd., Ludington, was arrested March 14 by MCSO for misdemeanors of operating while intoxicated, second offense and DWLS, second offense. Pretrial: April 20 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Latasha Monique Boatwright, 33, of 431 Maple St., Baldwin, was arrested March 15 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of DWLS. Pretrial: April 20 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.
