Retail fraud, crashes occupy deputies’ time Wednesday.

PERE MARQUETTE TWP. — Deputies from Mason County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 20-year-old Scottville man for retail fraud Wednesday. Deputies responded to Wal-Mart, 4800 block of U.S. 10, at 7:28 p.m.

Other activity of the sheriff’s office for Nov. 19, 2014 included:

  • 7:23 a.m.: One vehicle rollover crash, no injuries, U.S. 31 and Meiseheimer Rd. overpass, Summit Twp. Pere Marquette Twp. Fire Dept. also responded.
  • 11:41 a.m.: Assist to Michigan State Police, traffic crash, U.S. 10 and Quarterline Rd., Amber Twp.
  • 11:20 p.m.: Retail fraud, Airport Shell, 5400 block of West U.S. 10, P.M. Twp.
  • 2:08 p.m.: Two vehicle rear-end crash, no injuries, U.S. 10 west of Meyers Rd., P.M. Twp.
  • 4:20 p.m.: Two vehicle swide swipe crash, no injuries, Iris and Inman roads, P.M. Twp.
