Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist

West Shore Bank is seeking a Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist to process vendor invoices & internal expense reports and maintain the accounts payable program & vendor files.

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required with 2 years of experience in an accounting function, preferably accounts payable. The ideal candidate would be motivated and have excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills. Must be organized, detail oriented, computer literate, have good basic math skills, and work well in a team environment.

Part-Time Personal Banking Representative

West Shore Bank is seeking Part-Time Personal Banking Representatives to work in our Ludington, Scottville, Hart & Onekama Offices.

The Personal Banking Representative is responsible for promoting the Bank’s products and services, opening new accounts and processing routine transactions for bank customers including cashing checks, accepting deposits and withdrawals, and processing loan payments.

The ideal candidate will be motivated and have excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills. A High School Diploma or equivalent and one year cash handling experience are required.
