North breakwater closed.

LUDINGTON — The north breakwater has been closed today, effective at 3:30 p.m., due to severe weather conditions. Police Chief Mark Barnett stated the closure was “triggered” by a citizen calling the Ludington Police Department to report people walking on the north breakwater in dangerous wave conditions.  These observations were supported by Ludington Beach Patrol observations.  Per city policy the city…
