Man arrested for 4th-offense drunk driving with child in vehicle.

RIVERTON TOWNSHIP —  A 41-year-old Norton Shores man was arrested for fourth-offense operating while intoxicated, third-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS), furnishing false information to police and child endangerment at the intersection of Scottville and Conrad roads Wednesday, Nov. 24, shortly after 11:30 p.m., according to Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.

Randy Robert Roswell of 1344 Bakker Rd., Norton Shores, was arraigned Friday, Nov. 26 in 79th District Court, and charged with operating a vehicle while under the influence of liquor, third offense; driving while license suspended, revoked or denied, second offense; and OUIL with child endangerment.

The man had an 8-year-old child in the vehicle with him. 

Bail was set at $10,000 cash only. A probable cause hearing is scheduled for 11:15 a.m. on Dec. 1, 2021.
