The following is police activity in Mason County over the weekend:

Friday, March 27, 2020:

– 12:30 a.m,. (Michigan State Police), domestic violence, case is under investigation, 4000 block of Ordway Road, Custer Township.

– 10:46 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), damaged property, vehicle window broken, 5700 block of West Bradshaw Road, Pere Marquette Township.

– 12:56 p.m., (MCSO), retail fraud, warrant requested, Walmart, 4800 block of West US 10, Pere Marquette Township. A complaint remains under investigation involving the alleged underringing of merchandise by a 37-year-old Scottville woman.

– 7:31 p.m., (MCSO), a 22-year-old Custer man was arrested for operating while intoxicated following a traffic stop related to a “be on the lookout” for a reckless driver, US 10 near Nelson Road, Pere Marquette Township.

– 11:17 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, US 31 south of Free Soil Road, Free Soil Township.

Saturday, March 28, 2020:

– 12:01 a.m., (MCSO), breaking and entering, 5000 block of East Sippy Road, Logan Township. The case remains under investigation.

– 3 p.m., (MSP), a 37-year-old Kaleva man was arrested on a fugitive warrant, 700 block of Meyers Raod, Pere Marquette Township.

– 8:23 p.m., (MCSO), one-vehicle ATV crash, minor injury, Cherry Road west of Lincoln Road, Hamlin Township.

Sunday, March 29, 2020:

– 1:37 p.m., (MSP), car/deer crash, no injury, Kinney Road near Strickler Road, Logan Township.
