HAMLIN TOWNSHIP — The Sable Points Lighthouse Keepers Association has announced six bus event days at the Big Sable Lighthouse, located in Ludington State Park.

The first bus day is Saturday June 24 with round trip bus transportation is offered from the building next to the State Park office to Big Sable Lighthouse. There is a charge of $5 for adults and $2 for children ages 12 and under. One way tickets are also available.

Other bus days will be July 13, 29, August 12, 26, and September 23. Buses start each day at noon. The last bus returning from Big Sable returns at 5 p.m. that evening. Big Sable is 150 years old this year.
