LUDINGTON — The following were recently sentenced in 79th District Court:

– Rachael Annette Myers, 24, 2876 Lena Dr., Apt. 542, Hamlin Township, pleaded guilty on October 18 to domestic violence and was sentenced to 93 days in jail with credit for 20 days already served, 93 days discretionary jail for one year, must continue community mental health services and follow recommendations, defendant will be released from jail immediately if living arrangements are secured, must comply with guardianship case in probate court, 12 months of probation, and $125 in fines and costs.

– Timothy Charles Zeller, 33, 818 E. Melendy St., Ludington, pleaded guilty on October 24 to driving while license suspended and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day already served, 93 days discretionary jail for one year, 12 months of probation, and $285 in fines and costs. Conviction is reportable to Secretary of State.

– Victoria Gean Zonca, 61, 26 Cavanaugh Lake Rd., Chelsea, Michigan, pleaded guilty on October 24 to illegal gear/retaining foul hooked fish and was sentenced to pay $220 in fines and costs.

Dismissals

– Laura Manning Lonteen, 35, 8183 Hidden Hollow, Fenton, Michigan, had charges of possession of marijuana, using marijuana and improper transportation of marijuana dismissed without prejudice on October 18. According to court records, “The interests of justice do not require further prosecution of this matter at this time.”

-Jennifer Lynn Goulet, 25, 4555 S. Ordway Rd., Eden Township, had a charge of operating a vehicle without security (no vehicle insurance) dismissed without prejudice on October 18. According to court records, “Defendant pleaded guilty to a lesser charge.”
