The following was the activity of the Mason County Sheriff’s Office for Monday, Oct. 6, 2014:

  • 6:17 a.m.: Car/deer crash, no injuries, U.S. 31 and Sugar Grove Rd., Victory Twp.

  • 8:40 a.m.: A 15-year-old Riverton Twp. youth was cited into Mason County Juvenile Court for truancy from Mason County Central Schools.

  • 11 a.m.: Car/turkey crash, no injuries, Custer and Chauvez roads, Custer Twp.

  • 12:19 p.m.: Vehicle identification number inspection, 2100 block of South Lakeshore Dr., Pere Marquette Twp.

  • 2:26 p.m.: Suspicious situation, Jagger Rd. and Lakeshore Dr., Hamlin Twp. Case closed.

  • 4:53 p.m.: Gas drive off of $30.04 at Wesco East Gate, West U.S. 10, Pere Marquette Twp.

  • 9:30 p.m.: Car/deer crash, no injuries, Pere Marquette Hwy. and Conrad Rd., P.M. Twp.SpringsteadHoriz_2
