79th District Court arraignments, as of March 19, 2014

LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned this past week in front of the Mason County magistrate in 79th District Court:

Misdemeanors

–          Daniel Ray Martinchek, 19, of 5771 S. Custer Rd., Custer, was arrested March 15 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set for March 31 at 2 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

–          John Kenneth Oskaboose, 17, of 5595 S. Darr Rd., Custer, was arrested March 15 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set for March 31 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

–          Wade Tyler Kidder, 294 N. Wilson Rd., Mears, was arrested March 16 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of marijuana – improper transfer. A pretrial is set for March 31 at 11:130 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

–          Yesenia Rodriguez, 34, of 3241 N. 72^nd Ave., Hart, was arrested March 10 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of receiving and concealing stolen property. A pretrial is set for April 7 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

–          Chance Michael Christmas, 21, of 686 S. Custer Rd., Custer, was arrested March 17 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. A pretrial is set for March 31 at 11:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

–          Andrew Thomas Walicki, 24, of 1106 Lancer Lane, Lot 35, Ludington, was arrested March 17 by Michigan State Police, Hart post for a two-count misdemeanor of telecommunications services, malicious use. A pretrial is set for March 31 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

–          Cameron Douglas Rand, 26, of 306 N. Harrison St., Ludington, was arrested March 13 by the Ludington Police Department for a misdemeanor of DWLS. A pretrial is set forMarch 31 at 11 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

–          Austin Robert-Taylor VanNoller, 20, of 1300 E. Ester St., Scottville, was arrested March 12 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of third-degree retail fraud. A pretrial is set for April 7 at 11 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

–          Eric William Carroll, 30, of 207 E. Second St., Scottville, was arrested March 12 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of DWLS. A pretrial is set for March 31 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
