LUDINGTON – The following defendants were sentenced this past week in 51st Circuit Court:

–         Rhonda May Tomasik, 51, of 5976 Fourth St., Ludington, was found guilty July 16 of larceny $1,000-$20,000. She was sentenced Sept. 3 to 270 days in jail with credit for 46 days served; serve five months forthwith, balance to be served at the court’s discretion; $648 in fines and costs; a list regarding restitution is to be completed within 45 days; restitution is held in abeyance; and 24 months probation.  
–         Heather Kaye Plumb, 34, of 531 Randall St., Apt. G, Coopersville, was found guilty July 18 of controlled substance, delivery/manufacture schedule 4. She was sentenced Sept. 3 to 330 days in jail with credit for one day served; serve four months up front with the balance to be served at the court’s discretion; 18 months probation; and $698 in fines and costs. Sanctions reportable to the Michigan State Police (MSP)/driver’s license suspended 30 days, restricted 150 days.
–         Tyler Adam Martinsen, 20, of 112 Thornwild Dr., Apt. B1, Scottville, was found guiltyJuly 18 of criminal sexual conduct (CSC), fourth degree, incapacitated victim. He was sentenced Sept. 3 to 270 days in jail with credit for 17 days served; serve six months up front with balance to be served at the court’s discretion; no contact with victims; 60 months probation; and $698 in fines and costs. Two counts of CSC, third degree, incapacitated victim, were dismissed.
