51st Judicial Circuit Court, Judge Richard Cooper

Jason Michael Warfield, 33, 4120 Spruce Hollow Dr., Grand Rapids, was found guilty on Sept. 25 for: Larceny to a Building (count 1), Controlled Substance Possession, non-narcotic (Count 2). Sentence: 330 days jail for each count, serving six months forthwith, balance to be served at court’s discretion, counts are to run concurrent, $691, 24 months probation.

Theodore Adam Scherer, 20, 412 N. Rath Ave., Ludington, was found guilty on Sept. 25 of B&E with Intent, 2 counts, B&E of a Coin Operated Device. Sentence: 365 days jail each count, serving 10 months forthwith, balance served at court’s discretion, sentences run concurrent, restitution is joint and several with co-defendents, $5,428.39, 18 months probation.

Austin Maren Billings, 20, PO Box 251, Ludington, was found guilty on Sept. 25 of Controlled Substance Possession non-Narcautic, Receiving and Concealing Property less than $200. Sentence: Suspended license for 30 days, Restricted license for 150 days, 273 days jail serving four months forthwith and balance served at court’s discretion, counts run concurrent, $548, 18 months probation.
